Purex Service and Support
PUREX GOLD is a full service and maintenance package designed to ensure that your Purex systems operate at maximum efficiency. It also helps ensure that you comply with regulations such as COSHH which state that LEV equipment must be seviced every 14 months.
Lack of maintenance can lead to a variety of direct costs being incurred by the company involved. A fume extraction unit that is not operating effectively can cause:
- Risk of compensation claims from employees
- Increased rejects and lower quality products
- Expensive downtime should the operation have to be shut down
- Non compliance with COSHH regulations
Purex Gold
Spares
PUREX GOLD customers can be assured that over £1/4 million of genuine Purex parts are kept ex-stock at the UK head office.
Customers also have preferential terms on replacement filters.
Purex International's fleet of service vehicles is fully equipped for all eventualities which ensures that your system can be serviced without delay or a substitute machine can be installed should a major repair be required.
Always use genuine Purex parts and filters. Failure to do so will invalidate your warranty.
Customer service
Over 10,000 PUREX machines are currently operational in the field. Full details of those installations are kept on a customer database which ensures: -

- Any spare parts or filters can be made available prior to service
- Subject to availability of dates, services can be tied in with any service schedule a company may have.
Service & Coverage
Purex International can offer customers who have PUREX GOLD cover more in terms of service and coverage. In most cases, an engineer will be on site or contact you with a solution within 24 hours of your call*. Also available:
